Ensuring your experience is stress free

  • Please arrive 10mins early to settle into you appointment and review your intake form.

    If you are running late, please let us know as soon as possible so that we can do our best to accommodate. If not we may inadvertently be charged as a no-show.

    If you are more than 10 mins late you are considered a no-show or late cancellation and will incur 50% of the booked service cost.

  • All cancellations must take place 24 hours before your appointment.

    Cancellations or no-show after this point will incur a fee equal to 50% of the booked service cost.
